TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
“Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” is a business in the health and fitness industry that provides services that promote physical and mental well being.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking number.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.
5. Customer Privacy policy
“Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
“Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd”.
12. Variation
“Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

This website is run by “Frandre Enterprises (Pty) Ltd” based in South Africa trading as “Prime” and with registration number “2015/208712/07” and “Rudy Dalton van Breda” (Director).
14. Package contract agreement
This membership contract (the "Agreement") is entered into between FRANDRE ENTERPRISES (PTY) LTD (registration number 2015/208712/07) (the "Company") and the individual whose name appears on the membership registration form (the "Member").
Membership Term
The initial term of this Agreement shall be agreed upon package purchase (the "Commitment period"). After the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice.
Membership Fees
The Member agrees to pay the membership fees as set forth in the membership registration form. Payment will be made through a monthly debit order. The membership fees will be automatically debited from the Member's account on a monthly basis.
Cancellation
After the Initial Term, the Member may cancel this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the Company. If the Member cancels prior to completing the 3-month term, they will be responsible for paying 70% of the remaining membership fees. The membership fees for the month in which the cancellation becomes effective must also be paid by the Member.
Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination by the Company, the Member will be responsible for paying the membership fees for the month in which the termination becomes effective.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
